In handling enquiries and reservations and in providing accommodation services, we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, dates of stay, number of guests, expected time of arrival, requests and enquiry details, payment status and other information necessary to provide our services.
As required by law, we also record the particulars entered in the guest register and, for foreign nationals without an address in Japan, their nationality, passport number and a copy of the passport.
Our website may record access logs — including IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed and information about your browser and device — for the operation and security of the site.
Card details such as credit card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider we designate. We do not collect or store such card details ourselves.
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes.

At present our website does not use cookies for advertising. However, cookies necessary for providing the website may be used, and access logs may be stored by server functions.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information in a form that does not identify individuals.
